About Cheri Randolph
Cheri Randolph was awarded a degree in Fine Arts from the University of New Orleans with a concentration in the study of Art History. She credits printmaker, Calvin Harlan , a UNO professor, as being quite influential in her composition techniques as well as painter, Ida Kohlmeyer with a better understanding of color. Pictorialism would best describe her current work, stylistically. Cheri has expressed her artistic talents in a variety of ways including; wheel-thrown pottery, quilting, vintage clothing restoration, interior decorative painting and photography. Hi Steven, Thanks for your compliment and V/F. I'm glad that you found the title amusing. I selected it because I was participating in a group exhibit entitled "Sexy is . . ." Of course, most of the other artists exhibited nudes, but I chose two shots of this '59 Corvette because I thought that many of the attributes of a sexy (human) body could also apply to cars - especially this one. The other view is my "Sex on Wheels", which you have commented on before.
