I owe my sincere thanks to the anonymous young couple posing for their engagement photograph while I was shooting at historic Glenwood Cemetery in Houston, Texas.
About Cheri Randolph
Cheri Randolph was awarded a degree in Fine Arts from the University of New Orleans with a concentration in the study of Art History. She credits printmaker, Calvin Harlan , a UNO professor, as being quite influential in her composition techniques as well as painter, Ida Kohlmeyer with a better understanding of color. Pictorialism would best describe her current work, stylistically. Cheri has expressed her artistic talents in a variety of ways including; wheel-thrown pottery, quilting, vintage clothing restoration, interior decorative painting and photography. William, Thanks for the compliment. What's funny about this one - I was shooting for a gallery exhibit where the theme was "It's so Sexy, It's Scary" and this opportunity just fell into my lap while I was walking in the cemetery looking for inspiration. What are the odds of that happening? Appreciate the V/F!
