Night Watch #2 metal print by Cheri Randolph. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

Artist's Description
Three lighted kneeling sculptural figures in the Jaume Plensa installation, "Tolerance" observe late night traffic along Allen Parkway in Houston, Texas.
The sculptures are composed of alphabetic characters from many languages to symbolize the diversity of the city. Plensa, who said he "grew up in a forest of books," sees the letter as a beautiful metaphor for human beings.
About Cheri Randolph
Cheri Randolph was awarded a degree in Fine Arts from the University of New Orleans with a concentration in the study of Art History. She credits printmaker, Calvin Harlan , a UNO professor, as being quite influential in her composition techniques as well as painter, Ida Kohlmeyer with a better understanding of color. Pictorialism would best describe her current work, stylistically. Cheri has expressed her artistic talents in a variety of ways including; wheel-thrown pottery, quilting, vintage clothing restoration, interior decorative painting and photography. As I think I said before, nice exposure and composition! The car lights in the roadway actually add to this shot... you have to wonder if the driver is seeing these lighted figures looking toward the roadway... Yeah, I like it :) f/v
